Our bubble padded envelopes are our bestseller product for the safe shipment of small and medium-sized items. These shipping mailers are made of prime quality non-transparent paper and multi-layer LDPE bubble wrap that protect the parcel from damage and humidity.
After its separation from the envelope, the wrap can undergo a recycling process. The paper contains 100% recycled fiber and the film min. 50%.
The Trifix closure system enables a repeated opening and closing of the envelope.
Our Classic Bubble envelopes are available in two colors and 11 standard sizes. They can also be customized with special overprint.

They are an ideal choice for the shipping of any small or medium-sized article that can lay flat, e.g: books, electronics, clothing, video games, smartphones, tablets and other accessories.
Eco-friendly bubble wrap envelopes
With bubble wrap envelopes the plastic wrap can be separated from the paper envelope. After its separation from the envelope, the wrap can undergo a recycling process. The paper contains 100% recycled fiber and high-quality bubble plastic film min. 50% for protecting the shipment against mechanical damage. The paper can be recycled with paper waste, while small bubble envelopes can be disposed of in a plastic recycling container or through a plastics recycling drop-off site. Most local authorities accept number 4 LDPE plastic in their recycling program.
Our bubble mailing envelopes are composed of 70% recycled material.
Available sizes and colors of bubble wrap envelopes
Our Classic Bubble wrap envelopes are available in two colors – brown and white. There are 11 standard sizes of our bubble wrap envelopes with external sizes ranging from 120 x 175 mm to 200 x 175 mm. They can also be customized with special overprint with flexographic technology.
Our offer of bubble envelope sizes is pretty wide as we offer both small bubble envelopes and large bubble envelopes.
