Bubble Mailers
Our eco bubble mailers are our new ecological product for the safe shipment of small and medium-sized items.
These shipping mailers are made at 90% of prime quality recycled materials and contain 80% post-consumer recycled content (PCR) for the paper and 40% PCR for the plastic film.
The paper contains 100% FSC-certified recycled fiber and the bubble film min. 70% recycled materials. After its separation from the envelope, both the bubble film and the paper can separately undergo a recycling process.
The multi-layer LDPE bubble wrap protects the parcel from damage and humidity.
Our Eco Bubble Mailers can be customized with special overprint.

What do we make ECO bubble envelopes from?
Our eco-friendly bubble envelopes are the result of an advanced manufacturing process that combines quality, functionality, and environmental care. Each envelope is made from recycled materials, reducing the carbon footprint and allowing for easy recycling after use.
FSC-certified recycled brown paper
The envelopes are made of Kraft paper, which is 100% recycled material. 80% of the paper is post-consumer recycled (PCR). FSC certification guarantees that the paper comes from responsibly managed forests, reinforcing the product’s eco-friendly credentials. Kraft paper with a grammage of 75 g/m² ensures high durability, resistance to mechanical damage, and an aesthetic appearance.
Multilayer LDPE bubble film
The inner side of envelopes consist of a protective multilayer, co-extruded LDPE bubble film, an effective barrier against damage and moisture. The film contains a minimum of 70% recycled materials, including 57% PCR, which makes it durable and environmentally friendly. Its lightness and flexibility enhance user convenience and help minimize shipping costs.
Both components of the mailer – the paper and the bubble wrap – can be recycled separately, making it a great choice for environmentally conscious individuals and businesses. In addition, our envelopes are free of substances harmful to the environment, which is confirmed by numerous certificates.
Self-adhesive protection: 20 mm silicone paper
The envelopes are equipped with a self-adhesive strip covered with 20 mm wide silicone paper. This solution allows for quick and easy closure of the envelope, while eliminating the need for additional security materials. It also makes the silicone paper easily recyclable, as it can be separated from the envelope with ease.
